December Catch Up

Okay time to catch up for December, the busiest time of the year! Things are happening like crazy and its hard to keep up but its all fun things.

I got some crafts to make the kids' costumes for their vocabulary parade and the kids used the white "snow" to have snowball fights and play in all over the living room.

We have been enjoying beautiful December weather. We enjoy our almost daily walks with Josie. Spencer is becoming less and less interested in the stroller and more interested in walking and likes to hold the leash.

I've learned that going on walks isn't always about going somewhere but about getting outside. :)

Brookey made a wind chaser at school and she loves it. Brooke is really into talking about how fast she is lately. "Faster than Jesus" she told me one time, but she took that back but also way "faster than Mommy in her race that she won." Love her.

The vocabulary parade. Camilla was the earth.

Brooke was so happy to see Cadey.

Carson was condensation. His costume kinda started falling apart. Whoops.

Aaron did a Daddy/daughter campout with some of our friends. They had so much fun. They have been planning this for months. They did it at our friends, the Johnson's house, and it worked perfect. They camped out, cooked in the fire pit and had a blast. All the girls got along perfectly.

S'mores and root beer for the win.

Aaron decided that it would be easier to share a tent with the Thomases. 5 girls in one tent led to an interesting night. But they did eventually get some sleep.

Lots of leaf racking and jumping in leaves.

Group Shot.

After they got home we got ready to go to a brunch with some of Aaron's colleagues and then we went straight to Carson's piano recital. Carson did such a great job closing out the recital. He played his piece perfectly.

All the fun wore the poor kids out.

The fun wasn't over. We came home and got ready to go to our ward Christmas dinner. It was a lovely evening and we had a great time.

Then on Sunday morning it was the moment Millie had been counting down the days for. Gingerbread houses! After Spencer went down for his nap they got to work.

They turned out very lovely.

These two are becoming great friends I love it.
