Just a recap

We've been packing, packing, packing. Our garage is getting pretty cramped. The kids came out in the garage while we were packing to enjoy some cupcakes.

Millie's friend, Azzie, got her a little make up set for her birthday. Oh man has that gift been a hit. Everyone loves it and Millie is putting make up on everyone.

My handsome boys dressed like twins after church.

And of course one with Camilla.

And first grade = homework. Boo! The girls like to do "work" with him. :)

Dance Camp

So last week Camilla went to dance camp, princess fairy dance camp. It was filled with dancing, dressing up, doing crafts and playing with friends. She had so much fun. Every night she was so excited to lay out her clothes and pack her lunch. It really helped with transitioning Carson back to being gone all day.

Well at the end of the week they had a little recital. Oh. My. Gosh. my heart is aching, it was so adorable. Way better than her recital. Her class was the cutest one and she was the most adorable thing I've ever seen.

I invited her friend Jane to come with us so she had a big cheering section.

Then it was time for her tap number. And the cuteness just kept multiplying.

Flowers and celebrating afterwards were in order.

We went to Chick Fila afterwards for dinner and ice cream. It was a fun night!

Happy Birthday Aaron!

And the July birthdays just keep on coming! We were lucky enough to have Aaron in town for his birthday and we were all very happy to celebrate with him. we got a babysitter for Brooke and we went out with the big kids.

Aaron picked Chuy's for dinner, which is always a big hit with the Piersons.

Then we went rock climbing. Well when we got there we found out that Millie wasn't tall enough so I took her out to the arcade part and we played games. But Millie wanted to spend most of her money making a picture and then turning it into a key chain for her Dad.

Aaron and Carson climbed together. They both rocked it and Carson made it to the top.

I spent some time with the kids on the walls that you don't have to clip into.

Millie was actually a very good climber. This girl is very athletic.

We love you Aaron! Happy 33rd birthday!!

First Day of First Grade

And just like he's gone and a little piece of my heart has gone with him. I cried a few times but he just loves school so much that it makes it hard to not be happy for him. It sure makes things easier that he goes to the same teacher in the same classroom with all the same kids. I love loop teaching.

We love this boy, oh how we love this boy.
