Both Carson and I sure get excited when Aaron gets home from work everyday. In fact we spend a lot of our evenings counting down the hours together until he is coming home. Aaron works long hours and we are so grateful for how hard he works. On the nights that he gets home in time to see Carson before he goes to sleep Aaron rushes in and plays with Carson, gives him his bath, and then gets him all ready for bed.
Which is why we love the weekends so much when we get to spend every second with him. Especially weekends like this one when the weather was seriously perfect.
I sure love my boys.

Yea for weekends as a family!! Logan works 6 1/2 - 7 days a week for the past month and up until Christmas - it's crazy!! I guess it's a taste of what residency will be next year once we graduate. So yea that Aaron isn't in medicine....sometimes I wonder what I got myself into ;). haha

Oh I hear you on weekends. Nothing is better and then I'm beside myself for holidays when I get Evan for more than 2 days in a row.

Isn't it funny how your whole day revolves around when the husband comes home? Chad and I keep wishing we were independently wealthy so he could be home all day every day. :)
love the daddy son time. it's seriously my favorite time of day when greg comes home and my boys run to him and give him huge hugs and are super excited to tell him about their day or just exclaim, "daddy, daddy, daddy."
