Yeah, I agree. The first one sounds like Leah. But the 2nd one? Really? That poor poor child if that's really how you spell his name because I can't even begin to think how to pronounce that one.
OK, the first I would probably say Leah (like from Star Wars) and the second... Abkdee... maybe? Strange what people do to their children, that's all I have to say.
Okay so I know the first one as I have meet this little one too....you pronounce it le dash a (le-a). The dash is not silent and as far as the second I feel just as bad for both.....
Okay I figured out the second one after reading it one more time...you say the alphabet A B C D E....thats the name.....I guess at working at Childrens, we see so many names like this, it gives us good laughs at 3 am sometimes.

Wow. I'm at a loss for words! Some children should be assigned names at birth to save them from their parents' insanity.
Geez...they just get worse and worse. We had a Demon one year at school. But it was pronounced like Duh-mon, but seriously - the poor child!
